Your straight buddies may be evolved and your girlfriend plenty chic, but even in this day and age, there are some questions that only a stylish gay man can answer.
Q: Why is cotton from Egypt deemed the best for bedding?
A: Personally, I'd rather not rub my butt up against polyester and coarse blends all night—if I want something rough in my bed, it is not going to be my sheets. Seriously, though, Egypt's humidity and hot climate provide the best conditions for extra-long (I love extra-long!) cotton fibers, which makes for a softer and more lustrous fabric. And I'd also like to think that a harem of cute Egyptian boys in loincloths are doing the looming, which certainly adds to the appeal.
