Dover Street Market is amazing, but these days the Square Mile's aesthetes are all about Darkroom. The edgy four-month-old shop is a study in contrasts: English handicraft mixed with hard-edged geometric forms. A portion of the wares—square mirrors with leather-wrapped handles and pillows covered in vintage African prints—are house-made and exclusive, which adds to their in-the-know appeal (even if you buy them online).
