Milan Report: Burberry Prorsum Spring/Summer 2011
You know how at
Details we're always telling you to invest in a really great piece of outerwear? Well, here's the proof to back up our words.
Christopher Bailey's spring collection for Burberry Prorsum was a master class in master coverage. While the house's iconic trench was still present, often enhanced with a little studding here and some leather there, the real news of the collection was leather. As in killer leather jackets—washed, shrunken and equipped with enough sterling hardware to make a convincing case for a punk revival. "I wanted the collection to be timeless and tough," Bailey said backstage after the show. Words all men can live by.

How to channel military without looking a like a cadet
Gentlemanly punk. Check out the left side of the neck, and you'll see just a hint of studding attached to the under-collar.
Who says leather jackets always have to be black or brown? Navy is youthful and unexpected. You can buy this jacket now at Burberry
