Richard Chai in Rebel Prep
Last week Richard Chai announced he was partnering with Original Penguin to launch a co-branded men's line for spring 2011. Well, the first fruits of that collaboration were on display Monday morning at his spring runway show. The up-and-coming American designer turned out cool updates of the reliable Penguin polo. There were sleeveless versions, and cut-out ones too. But our favorite of the series was the one the designer himself chose to wear: Washed out, heather gray with a slimmer fit. It's classic Penguin with a wholly modern vibe.
