Fashion is, of course, a visual medium, so it's no surprise that Phillip Lim is enhancing the ocular experience with his new multimedia endeavor: a short film promoting his fall 2011 3.1 Phillip Lim menswear collection titled Weavers. Described as a "portrait of the urban man on the move" and shot in Palm Springs, California by San Francisco photographer-filmmaker Andrew Paynter, the short follows three men as they cross paths during the course of their travels. Conveying an air of mystery — moving in and out of the shadows of a barren urban landscape —the three keep to themselves but share a common bond: a killer wardrobe. Check out the video below.
