Joining the ranks of Porsche, Audi, and Mercedes, Jaguar is moving forward with plans to release its own fuel-efficient luxury vehicle, the C-X75. Teaming up with British Formula One racing group Williams F1, the legendary purveyor of high-performance English touring automobiles has developed this sleek hybrid-technology concept featuring a boosted internal combustion engine and battery-powered Kinetic Energy Regeneration System. A supercar by definition, the C-X75 is expected to emit almost as little carbon dioxide as a Toyota Prius. Jaguar will produce only 250 models of the C-X75 with a starting price of $1.1 million each, making it perhaps the most exclusive guilt-free high-speed cruiser on the market. Take note, Tesla.
