Some consider it the bicycle capital of the world. So it's no surprise that Holland may have just reinvented the wheel. After a prototype he built for himself attracted so much attention from passersby that he could barely order a drink at the local bar, Dutch designer Herman Van Hulsteijn founded his own production studio to meet demand. Boasting gravity-defying stainless-steel curves, each of his bikes feature a two-speed kick shift and three-speed coaster brakes. The two standard models, the Woody and Bluefixie, are loaded with custom touches — choice of seat, rim, and frame colors available in white, black, blue, or orange. Sleek, eye-catching, and technically innovative, they're unlike anything else you'll find on the streets.
