If you caught our guide to bike style earlier this summer, you may have noticed that we're big fans of the guys over at the Brooklyn-based brand Outlier. They consistently produce well-designed, functional, and thoughtful clothing that works equally well both in urban situations and on more-rugged terrain. Well, they're at it again.
Released just this week, the standout Supermarine Anorak jacket is perfect for summer days that start steamy and turn stormy. It's produced using a treated cotton fabric that is resistant to water, but unlike waxed cotton and many synthetics, it's still breathable. Likewise, design elements are geared toward keeping you cool, with full side zips and a completely adjustable neckpiece that allows for maximum (or minimum) ventilation, as needed.
