Yoga. You tried it once—or maybe even for a week. But if there was ever an incentive to really give it a go, this is it. The latest Q video features yoga's hottest couple, L.A.-based Equinox instructors Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein, mastering an Acro Yoga flow.
Briohny gained a cult following after her video The Contortionist—which featured the scantily clad yogi performing gravity-defying arm balances—went viral with more than 4 million plays on YouTube. Her new husband also garnered some attention from a Q video of his own, in which he flowed through handstands and more on a paddleboard. Below, a clip of their most intimate session.
