Ian Velardi, 2013 recipient of Ecco Domani's Fashion Foundation award, has been on something of a roll. While the designer has been honing his casual yet elegant line over the past few seasons, his Autumn/Winter 2013 collection was decidedly more formal.
Velardi has produced a number of accessories independently—he's known for his perfectly on-point headwear and quirky printed scarves—but now he's joined forces with W. Kleinberg, an Atlanta-based design house that specializes in exotic leather goods, to create a collection of belts.
W. Kleinberg's richly-hued, ostrich, bison, and crocodile leathers and heavy, silver double-ring closures make for ruggedly handsome belts that pair perfectly with Velardi's contemporary American aesthetic.
