Unless you've fled to L.A. or Miami Beach for the winter, chances are you've been turning up your collar against the cold. And with this recent snap (at least in New York) you've probably also been caught outdoors underdressed with only your upturned jacket collar for protection. We're here to tell you that you're not alone. But you can still look stylish in sub-zero weather—we swear (full-face ski masks are not an approved look). Next time you head out grab a scarf. Until then, rest assured you probably didn't look half bad while you were freezing you ass off this week.
