In addition to hyper-luxe materials, like Louis Vuitton's use of vicuña (one of the most expensive fabrics in the world) and the ongoing exploration with sportswear staples like the varsity and bomber jackets seen at Lanvin and Hermès, the most predominant piece of clothing we saw go down the runway was outerwear—coats in blanket stripes and oversized checks at Louis Vuitton, in Kilim rug-inspired prints from Valentino (pictured above), and full-on fur from Dior Homme.
