They say it's an honor just to be nominated for a CFDA Award, so the rest of this week's "Well Suited" posts will spotlight the designers who didn't take home one of this year's trophies but still looked damn stylish applauding the winner.
We know the days when you were required to wear a suit with a proper dress shirt and tie are long gone. That's why we were so excited to see this styling trick (specifically a suit paired with a T-shirt or a tank top) during Todd Snyder's spring 2014 presentation. He's now been nominated three times for the CFDA's Swarovski Award for Menswear Design, and our money says it won't be long before he takes home a trophy. After all, the fourth time's the charm.
