We're sure cosplay is rewarding for people who are into it, but a small group of famous guys who went to Comic Con this weekend proved that you don't have to go full Spider Man to have a good time.
Case in point: The double-breasted, pinstriped suit actor John Cho wore to Entertainment Weekly's annual Comic Con party would have looked just as elegant at any other red-carpet event. And the simple gray T-shirt and blue trousers Chris Evans paired for a press conference about the latest Avengers movie looked a lot more casual and inviting than, well, this.
Below, a look at Cho, Evans, and a few other men who got it right.
If anything, this photo is more proof that there's no such thing as being overdressed.
It's hard not to imagine Captain America dresses like this on most weekends.
When everyone else is wearing a T-shirt and jeans, take a page from this actor's book and wear a color blocked tee and streamlined denim.
Looks like the man who plays Jamie Lannister really digs a suede bomber jacket. He wore one on the cover of our April issue.
Robert Downey, Jr.
One way to tone down the formality if a suit? Wear it with a pair of clean white sneakers.
