This Week in Fashion: Gieves & Hawkes Comes to America, Theory Launches Activewear

  • The days when you had to leave the country to pick up a suit from Saville Row tailor Gieves & Hawkes are gone. This week, the bespoke brand installed a shop in Bergdorf Goodman, the only place United States where you can buy its wares. In addition to their bespoke and made-to-measure services, customers can also buy suits, separates, and outerwear right off the rack. And to those waiting for a freestanding American location from G&H, don't fret. It's reportedly coming in the near future. It's been 243 years already, what's another two or three? (WSJ)

  • Fancy gym rats, rejoice! Not to be outdone by the Isaoras and Tracksmiths of the world, Theory introduced it's first activewear line, called Theory+, this week. (Complex)

  • California-based Clover Canyon, which until now only made clothing for the ladies, is finally turning its attentions to men. In spring 2015, the brand will bring bomber jackets and pants cut from its signature neoprene in to guys closets all over the world. (Fashionista)

  • In case you'd forgotten that Fashion Week is just around the corner, Made served up a great reminder when it announced its lineup for Spring 2015. Pubic School, Tim Coppens, and Pyer Moss are all booked for Sunday, and Patrik Ervell and Timo Weiland also pop up on the Made schedule this year. (Style.com)

  • When you're hawking sleek, European shoes made by talented artisans and only produced in limited runs, it's only right that you have a correspondingly cool online home. Jack Erwin relaunched its website just yesterday to celebrate its new Sullivan Collection. Because you can't have enough Goodyear welted soles in your rotation, can you? (Dappered)
