Standing up, bend over at the waist. Walk your hands down to a push-up position. Widen legs and drive your hips into the air, forming a V. Keep your neck straight and look back toward your heels. Hold. Return to push-up position. Then drop your hips, straighten your arms, and arch your back as if you're trying to touch your head to your heels. Hold. Return to push-up position, then walk your hands back to standing position. Do 10 to 12.
