Leg Workout: The One-Leg Stand-Up to Box Jump
Stand and deliver a toned lower body with this two-part exercise.
From this position, jump back down and land on the same foot—again, softly, with a slight knee bend. Once you're balanced, hold for a beat. Sit back down on the bench, slowly lowering yourself into place, being careful not to fall back. As in the first step, maintain a straight back and brace your core muscles.
