CARDIO FIVE DAYS A WEEK
Morrison says he makes sure he cycles about 100 miles a week and runs about 25—in a mix of short and long distances. He has downloaded on his iPhone a YouTube video of a workout called ":08 min. Abs," which he does during downtime on the set.
