THE WAVE-RIDING CORE REGIMEN
Like a growing number of Hollywood's in-the-know celebs, Morrison has become a paddleboard enthusiast. On his days off, he drives down to Santa Monica or Malibu and rides the waves like an old-school islander, both kneeling and standing on the board. "I spent a lot of time in Hawaii, and you see people out there doing it all the time," he says. "I got my own board. It's a great core workout." Balancing and paddling on both sides works abs and obliques and all the hard-to-exercise muscles around your trunk while also exercising muscles across the back and shoulders.
