Why:The former senior partner at Sterling Cooper is a prime example that some things do get better with age. In this case, silver is actually gold.
Style Tip:All the Mad Men look impeccable, but Sterling is in a league of his own—his attention to sartorial details is unparalleled. Look at the perfect inch of French cuff peeking out from his suit jacket. And in a sea of gray, he has the balls to wear a shadow-stripe suit.
