Mr. Schue wants to teach you his fitness regimen. "I think anyone can look like this if you have a month," Morrison says. Well, there's no guarantee you'll look exactly this way with your shirt off, but give it a shot—it's tried and tested.

ONE MUSCLE A DAY
At each gym session, he works on a different part of his body. He never focuses on more than one muscle group—and he never does weight training for more than 20 minutes. But he also does resistance training four times a week without fail.
