Mr. Schue wants to teach you his fitness regimen. "I think anyone can look like this if you have a month," Morrison says. Well, there's no guarantee you'll look exactly this way with your shirt off, but give it a shot—it's tried and tested.

THE FAST DIET FIX
Morrison says he is merciless in limiting even traditionally healthy snacks—"only a handful of nuts a day"—and banning fruit after dark. "Too much sugar," he explains. When he knows he'll have to be shirtless for a while—be it on a beach vacation or for a cover shoot—Morrison eats well and in the final few days uses a trick Sue Sylvester pushed on her cheerleading squad: a sweet-potato-only diet. The high-fiber, high-protein tuber delivers great nutritional value for the calories and also naturally purges water weight.
