Cage Do: Staying fit, now and forever. Cage, 46, has played many roles, but one he's (mostly) avoided is that of a fat man. And he's probably been working on his body since his Fast Times at Ridgemont High days. "Nicolas Cage, like Rome, was not built in a day," says Hollywood trainer Gunnar Peterson.

You Do: Peterson (who has not worked with Cage) says that Cage looks like he does resistance training that focuses on functional exercises, like staggered squats and chopping movements. But a steady workout is only part of building a body that seems to defy aging. "He's somehow finding a way to get sleep and eat adequate amounts of protein at the right time," says Peterson.
