The Pimmís Cup
If you dismiss Pimmís as musty English stuff that only ladies who lunch drink, youíre missing out. Truth is, a couple of these spiced, gin-based concoctions are more refreshing on a hot afternoon than a cold Bud will ever be. The simplest version is two shots of Pimmís on ice topped with fizzy lemonade or ginger ale. But you can punch things up easily by adding muddled cucumber and fresh lemon juice.
