Luke's Lobster, New York City
Luke's is entirely loyal to the experience of the roadside lobster stand in Maine. Except that the company now has four locations in Manhattan and the people pounding lobster rolls, chowders, Maine Root sodas, and Gifford's blueberry ice cream at the newest outpost, on Wall Street, are more familiar with cigar boats than lobster boats.
