LIC Market

A restaurant, wine bar, and grocer in one, LIC Market resembles a cozy Brooklyn eatery in its interior—chalkboard specials, mismatched chairs—and its seasonal menu. Chef Alex Schindler constantly switches dishes, but if you're lucky enough to find gems like seared foie gras alongside scrambled eggs or risotto enlivened with Golden Delicious apples and Maytag blue cheese, don't pass them up.
