The New Mixed Martial Arts: Parkour

What It Is: Parkour became a YouTube phenomenon a few years back when French dudes took to the streets jumping, flipping, and vaulting over every obstacle in their path. At the gym, this means propelling yourself over padded barriers, balancing on beams instead of the edges of buildings, and gradually integrating aerial tumbling tricks.
Who It's For: Skateboarders and snowboarders; show-offs who want to brag about knowing Parkour (without actually risking their necks)
