Cool or Tool: Rolled-Up Jeans

The cuffed jean surfaces every 30 years or so, and it's an enticing proposition. In the fifties, the roll was wide and loose. In the eighties, narrow and tight. Today's rolls are less specific, but they're cropping up everywhere. The style trick might have history on its side, but that doesn't mean you've got the social studlies to pull it off.
