Try this: Hanging Body-Weight Rows
Instead of: The Seated Row Machine

Rather than exercise sitting, with half of your body shut off, tackle a set of hanging rows. Take hold of a pull-up bar, put your feet up on something, and use the rowing motion to bring your chest to the bar. It'll build the back, shoulders, abs, and arms and even hit a little of your lower body.
