1. Kneel down on the floor.
2. Create a square with your hands beneath your shoulders, knees beneath your hips.
3. Engage in a pelvic tilt.
4. Inhale, and lean your shoulders down slightly over your hands.
5. Lean down so that your left ear is just above the floor, and bring your right knee to your elbow.
6. Inhale. As you exhale, push up and extend your right leg back with either flexed or pointed foot.
