Did you clock a full eight hours of sleep last night? Yeah, neither did we. If you only banked around five, or even four (Sunday funday?), odds are your face looks a little, ahem, beat. Fortunately, there are a few quick and easy ways to combat bleary eyes and dull skin and start your week looking fresh.
1. Hit the Tap
Dehydration sucks the life out of your skin and can leave you looking pale or ashen. It may seem obvious, but everyone could use a reminder to drink a full bottle of water before leaving for work in the morning. Keep it deskside so you can refill throughout the day. And if you're out drinking don't forget to throw back a few glasses of H20 before you crash for the night.
2. Show Some Tough Love
Know how women pinch their cheeks in lieu of blush in old movies? They were on to something. Scrubbing your face gets the blood flowing and brings color back to a sleepy mug.
3. Take Stimulants
The natural variety, of course. A moisturizer or face wash with ginseng or peppermint oil will perk up tired, sluggish skin.

4. Ditch Your Bags
Pat under-eye gel on your face (don't rub it in) to deflate puffiness and combat dark circles. Look for a product with vitamin C to brighten the eye area, and licorice for anti-inflammatory properties. Tip: Let the gel cool in the fridge before applying for a major pick-me-up.
