David Bowie is the glam-rock king who became the sartorial envy of fashionistas everywhere. In the late seventies Bowie transitioned from glam to tailored menswear but never let go of his larger-than-life, avant-garde personal style. In 1983's The Hunger, Bowie plays an elegant vampire complete with grandad-collar button-down, pleated summer trousers, and matching belt. It's an innovative take on menswear that is so uniquely Bowie, and so uniquely cool.
