Kean Etro had his favorite dish (it's spaghetti alle vongele) and food of all kinds on the mind when he created his Spring 2015 collection.
"What do we have in Italy? Tailors, design, fashion, and food," he said to our associate features editor Antonina Jedrzejczak. "The collection is built on natural fibers. On food."
Etro pointed to blazers made from other edibles, like hemp, bamboo, and even milk. You can watch him explain how he turned the liquid into fabric in the video below.
