Since 1986, Oliver Peoples has been known for vintage-style eyeglasses—including pairs inspired by those worn by Gregory Peck and Andy Warhol—but the brand's new collaboration with Japanese designer Takahiro Miyashita's upstart line TheSoloIst shakes up the formula.

With their azure lenses and chunky plastic frames (made with a Japanese oil-hydraulic press similar to devices used for crushing cars and shaping swords), these shades boldly reinvent a classic style. Put them on as a finishing touch to any outfit—from a light, unstructured suit to jeans and a tee—and you'll be seeing nothing but blue skies this spring.
