Street Style: Pavement-Pounding Shoes

When we asked some of the busiest men during fashion week what shoes they reach for when they need to hit the ground running—and keep running all day long—we were surprised that more of them didn't cop to wearing sneakers. But from what we saw on the street, plenty of guys chose the ubiquitous Flyknit, a bright trainer, an easy white or black tennis shoe, or a nifty bit of trickery: the sneaker in disguise.
