Endless Summer Punch
1 cup Som pomegranate vinegar
2 cups fresh grapefruit juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup honey syrup, chilled (equal parts honey and warm water)
24 dashes Angostura bitters
6 cups grapefruit soda, chilled
½ cup simple syrup, chilled (equal parts sugar and warm water)
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 pomelo, halved and cut crosswise into 12 quarter-inch slices
Pour Som, both juices, honey syrup, and bitters into a pitcher and stir to combine. Add large ice cubes to fill, top with soda, and stir gently. Sample and add simple syrup to taste. Add half of the seeds and half of the slices. Pour over ice into tumblers and garnish with remaining seeds and slices. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
And if you really want that with a kick of alcohol, just add two ounces of bourbon, silver tequila, or white rum to each glass of ice, then top with the punch. But don't say we didn't warn you.
