Your search for the perfect spring sneaker is over. New Stockholm-based shoe brand EYTYS recently dropped "Mother," its first (aptly named) low-top model, and it's already a hit with Opening Ceremony and Très Bien regulars. With cork insoles, waxed laces, and a slightly raised rubber sole, this unisex sneaker makes just enough of a statement to set you apart from more common no-frills shoe brands (think Vans and Converse). But in a world where most people have already sworn loyalty to their favorite sneaker, what exactly makes EYTYS worth a try?

Flair is kept to a minimum in lieu of function and comfort. Although a variety of brightly printed models have just been released, our picks are the upgraded classics: Both the dark navy leather and light-gray suede options showcase the fashion potential of these very practical sneakers.

At $230, these are undeniably an investment, but since they go with just about everything you'll be wearing this spring, expect to get more than your money's worth.
