Hand-crafted sunglasses? Yes please.

We've been awaiting the release of the collaboration between luxury Japanese eyewear brand Matsuda and Odin New York ever since it was announced earlier this year. The collection, which includes two handmade pairs available this weekend in Odin's stores and online, marks the brand's 10th anniversary and Matsuda's 25th.

The MXO-001 ($475) is a square aviator with hand lacquered detailing on the temples (which you can see more closely in the video below), and the MXO-002 ($385) features acetate frames in a traditional style with a keyhole bridge. Each pair is offered in a range of colors, including matte black, matte navy, antique gold, and matte chestnut.

If you still need more inspiration for your next pair of summer sunglasses, we rounded up eight of our favorite pairs.
