We Want It: Opening Ceremony's Lush, Floral Collaboration With Thierry Boutemy

Floral prints you'll actually want to wear.

The latest in Opening Ceremony's nonstop drip of unique collaborations doesn't just feature one partnership, but many. Florist Thierry Boutemy's obsession with blooms inspired Chukka, Vans, New Era, Tabio, and Le Labo to create new products.

Even if you've never heard of Boutemy, you've probably seen his work: he created the lush arrangements seen in Sofia Coppola's Marie Antoinette. For this collaboration, he took photographs of broken and decaying flowers, and the clothing brands turned them into collages and prints and applied to summer weight jackets, shorts, T-shirts, and baseball caps. Le Labo concocted a new fragrance called Geranium 30, which is said to evoke the smell of walking into a wild garden.
