We Want It: Snarkitecture's Luxe Take on Beats by Dre Headphones

For when your standard earbuds just aren't enough.

The latest project from the Brooklyn-based architects at Snarkitecture is a sleek, all-white iteration of the now-ubiquitous Beats by Dre headphones.

The original headset's distinctive branding was stripped in favor of a powder-fresh coating. The finished product is delivered atop Snarkitecture's signature white pillow, whose memory-foam cushion is as practical as it is just plain nice to look at. And it's actually a little bit of a metaphor about Beats by Dre as a company, which was recently sold to Apple for $3 billion—so we're guessing its founders are floating on a cloud right now too.

The headphones retail for $600 and will be available in limited quantities through the Beats by Dre website on June 9.
