The Watch: Rolex Rose Gold Yacht Master II

The Details: "This specific Rolex is especially sentimental to me for several reasons. After 10 years of marriage, my wife Alicia and I decided to renew our vows in Maui, in 2012. Even though this particular watch wasn't released until 2013, she somehow was able to get it early and present it to me as a wedding gift surprise. We were high school sweethearts, and growing up she knew I always wanted a Rolex as a symbol that I finally "made it", but every time I looked at one, as an athlete, the face seemed too small. However, the Yacht Master II was the first time Rolex made a watch with a 44MM face instead of 40MM. It also has a nautical theme, so it was ideal for our destination wedding in Maui. For me, it's just the perfect watch, combining sentiment and style."
