How You Know Her: Though she plays an economic news reporter on Aaron Sorkin's HBO series The Newsroom, and was a correspondent on Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Ms. Munn is perhaps most famous for ... her legs.

Sure, she's a talented actress capable of spouting off entire monologues about the debt ceiling and subprime mortgages, and Marvel Comics likes her so much that even after they cut her role in Iron Man 2 they found a way to write her back into the story.

Still, that didn't dissuade Jezebel from accusing The Daily Show of using Munn's overt sex-symbol status to boost ratings. (Kudos to the "journalist" who felt the need to explicitly report this as if it were actual news.)

What You Don't Know: Munn is a jack-of-all trades. She started her career in broadcasting as an intern at Fox News working as a sideline reporter for college football à la Erin Andrews. She's also written a book called Suck It, Wonder Woman: The Misadventures of a Hollywood Geek. Exactly how is a stunner like Munn a geek? Guess you'll have to read it to find out . . .

Current Project: Munn reprises her role as economic enlightener in season 2 of The Newsroom, (Sundays at 10 P.M. EST on HBO) where we expect her to shed some light on what actually happened during the European debt crisis—and look sexy as hell doing it.
