The Piña Colada
2 oz aged rum
3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. With the blender on high, incorporate a generous cup of crushed ice and process until smooth. Pour the drink into a highball glass (or a hollowed-out pineapple). Garnish with fruit on a stick.
