Anchovy Butter Served With Fresh Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 fillets of oil-packed anchovies, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic

Preparation

  1. Mash butter with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Let sit in a cool place for 30 minutes. Salt to taste.
