Anchovy Butter Served With Fresh Radishes

Our Inspiration: Lincoln's hanger steak with a pat of compound butter and onion rings
- 1/2 lb unsalted butter, softened
- 2 fillets of oil-packed anchovies, drained and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
Mash butter with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Let sit in a cool place for 30 minutes. Salt to taste.
