A Shot of the Dark
oz Irish whiskey,
(preferably Redbreast 15-Year-Old Pure Pot Still)
oz amaro, preferably Averna
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters, preferably Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged
3 oz chilled Guinness

Combine the whiskey, amaro, lemon juice, and bitters in a pint glass, fill with ice, and stir to chill. Pour into a small beer glass and top with the Guinness.
