HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR KNIVES
Storage: Hang from a magnetic strip, keep in a wooden block, or protect in plastic sleeves. Placing knives coverless and loose in a drawer can dull or damage them.
Honing: Before use, hone with a knife steel to realign the edge and smooth kinks.
Cleaning: Hand-wash with soap and water and dry immediately with a towel. (Dishwasher detergents are abrasive and can react with the metals, and the jets can cause blades to collide.)
Sharpening: Get all your blades professionally sharpened twice a year.
