Dinner
The name Traif is a sly Yiddish nod to the very non-kosher food the restaurant serves (think cockles with pancetta), while Pies 'n' Thighs is downright frank about its fare: homemade pies and fried chicken.
Drinks
A rotation of all-star bartenders (Phil Ward, Nick Jarrett) passes through Dram, making it not just a theatrical watering hole but also a working liquor laboratory.
Bonus
Even without the weekly dance parties or the stellar view of the Williamsburg Bridge, The Woods would still be an after-hours scene, thanks to the taco truck parked in its back yard.
