How To Get The Best Shave

5: Upper Cheeks
Although your cheeks don’t feel sensitive, be careful when shaving the stray hairs on the upper part. The slight curve of your face there makes it a magnet for cuts. Go slow.

6: Corner of Jaw
Hair might grow sideways at the corner of the jaw (instead of up or down). If it does, ditch the vertical strokes and pull the razor sideways across your face to match the grain. Skin here is tender like neck skin, so use a light touch.

7: Chin
Flat surfaces are the easiest to shave. So pull your chin from the sides with your thumb and index finger to flatten it out. Hairs can be tricky to dig out of a dimple or cleft, so if you have one use your fingers to stretch the depression and then shave sideways across it with a single-blade razor.
