We spotted a few key trends in the Autumn-Winter 2012 collections at Stockholm Fashion Week: textured sweaters, quilted down pieces, cropped trousers. While the pool of men's styles was relatively small—compared to the showing in Milan and Paris—we were impressed by offerings from both the established Swedish names (J. Lindeberg, Cheap Monday) and up-and-coming talents (Ubi Sunt, Josefin Strid).

PLAYING WITH TEXTURES
Designers skipped the prints in favor of creating visual interest through juxtaposition of texture: Josefin Strid did it by topping a pair of baggy leather shorts with a crunchy metallic sweater.
