Marc Jacobs dropped the kilt and kicked up Cuban heels for his dual runway bows during New York Fashion Week. Faking a couple of inches is a loaded sartorial choice, for sure. Just look at the hell that rained down on French president Nicolas Sarkozy for trying to measure up to his model wife. If anyone can get away with a stacked heel, though, it's the hipster prince. And who knows—if he can make guys show a little knee, what's to stop his followers from walking in his footsteps? If history is any indication, however, we don't see much of a future for man pumps (mumps).
